At Special Occasion Hampers we have a wide variety of hampers to choose from that we have put together, but we do understand that although a hamper might almost be just right for you, there may be an item you want to swap for another item we stock. As we love to assist our customers wherever we can, we are able to customise a hamper of your choice and amend it to suit your wants and needs.
Simply choose a hamper you wish to purchase form our wide variety online and choose the items you wish to swap, send us an email to info@specialoccasionhampers.com.au letting us know which hamper you have selected and the changes you wish to make and we will get back to you as to explaining how the process works and providing you with a price on your custom hamper. Please note customised orders will incur longer processing times and may incur additional fees depending on what items you choose.
Once you have created your custom gift hamper with us you will be directed to our website where you can purchase the gift hamper from our "custom hampers" section to the value you wish to spend.
Please note unfortunately we do not accept refund or exchange for customised orders once they have been paid for as these hampers have been made just for you.
As per the rest of our range all customised orders will require payment prior to assembly of goods.
We also offer decal personalisation on our hamper boxes with variety of different fonts and colours to choose from. For personalisation simply select the amount of words you require when purchasing your hamper and select the colour/font of the decal. Simply let us know in the text box what message you would like to write and add the word amount to your cart. Its that easy !
Please note we may change the font or colour you have chosen if we believe it will either not stand out or not fit on the box you have chosen, however if this occurs we will let you know of any changes.
Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased as they are custom made for you. Personalised orders may incur longer processing times depending on what personalisation you have chosen but we will do our very best to get your gift out to you as soon as possible
